Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms cover the fade.lv website and control panel ("fade.lv", "we") for the Minecraft server mc.fade.lv. By using the website you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Your account

• You log in from inside the game with /ucp, as the Minecraft account you play with. There are no website passwords.
• Keep your login links to yourself: anyone who opens one before you do can act as you. If you think someone else is logged in as you, type /ucp logout in game to end every website session.
• The server rules apply on the website too. Staff can mute, restrict or ban accounts that break them.

Coins are virtual

• Coins are the in-game currency of mc.fade.lv. They have no real-world value and can never be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out for real money, items of value or anything outside the game.
• The games on fade.lv (Flight, Roulette and Coinflip) use coins only. Nothing on fade.lv lets you pay real money for coins or bets, and fade+ never includes coins.
• Some games may require staff to verify that you are 18 or older before you can play them.
• If a bug, exploit or outage gives or takes coins wrongly, we may correct balances and game results. Using a bug on purpose can lead to a ban.

fade+

• fade+ is an optional monthly membership with in-game perks, listed on the fade+ page. The price shown there includes VAT.
• Payments are handled by Link, a Stripe company, which is the seller of record. Its own terms apply to the payment, and the charge appears on your statement as LINK.COM* FADE.LV.
• fade+ renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the fade+ page or at link.com; you keep fade+ until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• fade+ starts right after you pay. By subscribing you ask for that, and you agree that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once fade+ is active. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• We may change, add or remove perks over time. If a change takes away something important, you can cancel and keep fade+ until the end of the current month.
• If your account is banned for breaking the rules, fade+ ends without a refund for the remaining time.

The service

• fade.lv is run by players for players, free of charge apart from fade+. We try to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available, and we may change or stop features.
• To the extent the law allows, fade.lv is provided as it is, and we are not liable for lost coins, items or progress, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
• fade.lv is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes are announced on Discord. These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
